I really think dogs do very well on petfinder find a resuce org. in the area that will do third party adoptions people all over see the site and look for a specific breed. be sure not to adopt him out for free, to protect him. and look into rot rescue who might be able to give you some ideas. Also make sure they fill out adoption form you can print it off of any web site. and check on refs. usually I check vet refs is the best, if its out of the county I check with phone company that the phone Number matches a vets office, I hate to say there is alot of shady people out there. and we have to protect the animals on there behalf.
