11 am "ViewPoint." Ellen Shehadeh's guest is nationally-syndicated Advice Goddess Amy Alkon, author of I See Rude People: One Woman's Battle to Beat Some Manners Into Impolite Society. In her inimitable cheeky and hilarious style, she inspires all of us to stand up to the boors in our world like rude drivers and lax parents, and discusses why we're often rude. 5-6:30 pm Special "Community Conversation #5: Visions of Marin Agriculture in the Future." Bob Berner moderates presentations by West Marin producers David Evans, Dominic Grossi, Loren Poncia, and Peter Martinelli. Plus, the report-backs from the small group discussions. KWMR complies with the requirements of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. Our meetings of the membership, the Board of Directors and the Advisory Committee are open to the public.
