Legalizing Marijuana in California Would Sharply Lower the Price of the Drug
---------------------------------------------------
Legalizing the production and distribution of marijuana in California could cut the price of the drug by as much as 80 percent and increase consumption. While the state has estimated taxing legal marijuana could raise more than $1 billion in revenue, this could be dramatically higher or lower based on a number of factors.

Honestly I think that if they legalized it people would take pot growing to the next level. There would be weed that had such high THC you wouldn't know what to do with yourself, real grading and high descriptions on every bag! There would be huge corp's trying to cash in, taxes, all kinds of adds coming up everywhere. With no worries people will be growing more and better cannabis. But there will always be high priced weed for those who don't want to grow or for those who need the very best for there head stash. Not to mention the market on clones and edibles. I think everyone will make more money. Plus, think how much a pack of smokes cost when the first pack of cig's was sold or the first jug of liquor. Think how much they cost now. There will be a price drop at first and a flood, but then prices will climb. Wish i could buy stock in pot.
