Hello Folks,

I just returned from a fantastic weekend last week from a 4 day long conference with ISSSEEM, (International Society for the Study of Subtle Energies and Energy Medicine, The International Society for the Study of Subtle Energies and Energy Medicine (https://www.issseem.org)), it was actually a birthday present from my mom to me since she wanted to go as well, and needed me as the chosen company (we all won!!).

Anyway it was an outstanding conference with workshops on Chi Gong, health, energy awareness and more, but the most amazing one was a little 15minute talk by an optometrist, Dr. Jacob Liberman (Exercise Your Eyes - Eye Exercises - Eyeport Vision Training System (https://www.exerciseyoureyes.com)). He was discussing the mechanics of your eyes as light emitting organs from the fundamental optical nature of our bodies bio-photonic internal communications systems. As you will see on his site most of his work is in eye tracking, but his talk was quite a bit more progressive as is probably contained in his books.

He said that our eye is an integral part of the brain and that only 25% of the eye is actually used for vision. The other 75% is used to directly bring in the energies that naturally regulate all aspects of the bodies nervous and endocrine systems as well as being able to directly fuel energy to all the systems.

Obviously our bodies are only designed to receive natural light, so when we do so, we get regulated to the natural rhythms, and when we spend too much time with artificial light, we are getting artificially regulated (full spectrum lights are better, but only include the visible spectrum).

The final thing that was amazing was that eye movement is generally not conscious, and since the eye perceives energy on many non visible wavelengths, it is automatically drawn to that which it wants to see before we are even aware of it. This means that when it moves, it sees what it wants/what is in direct affinity need for our systems overall health, which is the first step to grabbing our attention and having our body naturally move in that direction.

This is an amazing insight, for if we then choose to take our conscious/fragmented mind out of the picture, and let our eyes naturally go where they want to go, we are following the energetic path that may be in direct affinity with what we should be doing.

The final part was me asking about sungazing (Solar Healing Center (https://solarhealing.com)), the practice of looking directly into sunlight at safe times of the day, basically sunrise and sunset, and how this is the absolutely best method to get the entire system regulated all at once.

Look over the sites and let me know what you think,

Thanks, Ken.
