A local videographer, Billy Carmen, volunteered earlier this year to help create videos about Sebastopol----idea is to try to convey some of what makes <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:place w:st="on">Sebastopol</st1:place> (and its environs) special to persons considering a visit here, opening a business here, or living here.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

Billy, who does a lot of interview-style product/business promotional video work professionally, is very generously doing this on his own time (many hours of filming and editing) and with his equipment, not to mention creative energy. Billy’s wife Julie has also helped with the project. Other than staff time to help with coordination, the project has not involved any costs to the City.
