Good day. I am open to sharing with one home-owner to a small group semi-collective / communal. Important to me: mutual respect, foundational shared values/vision of what a home-share is and established ways to deal with differences, mindful to create safety, inner and outer peace. My basic needs are stability (1-2 years minimum): ample closet space, some storage, and either 1 large room or 2 small rooms. I am mature (50s), always pay my rent on time, am in school and work, have very evolved, accomplished friends for over 20-30 years; generally in my room doing work-school assignments. I am in the HAI and tantra community, and trained in Focusing, IFS, Psychosynthesis. I will consider Mill Valley to Novato with a preference towards the fog. Open to all types of arrangements, i.e. caring for an older person who needs someone to do shopping, car rides; your friends in East Bay perhaps. I won't rule anything out.
