He still insists there's a much bigger gusher of oil 7 miles away from the one BP shows us on TV, and that the ocean floor itself is leaking and will leak for 30 years. He also says that the first hurricane this season will "paint the Gulf coast black with oil" - homes, industry, everything, "creating the worst disaster in US history".
