as someone who used to drive an hour through snowstorms to get Pat Mitchell's Ice Cream in Endicott, New York...I never found another that was better, until I moved to this area...
I declare Screamin' Mimi's in Sebastopol to be Best In the Country...
(I will however, give Leatherby's a try, when I find it)
