The Sonoma County Democratic Party is governed by people who are elected to the Central Committee from their respective Supervisor Districts.

I would very much appreciate your vote tomorrow, if you are a registered Democrat and have not as yet voted. You will find the contest on the last page of your ballot.

As an imcumbent, I have concentrated my time on the Committee in the last two years on building links between the community and the Committee and growing the base. The Committee needs to be more involved with you --our grassroots. Precinct organizing has been my long term interest and skill and some of you may remember me from precinct operations in recent elections. I am not tied to any particular candidate, but am a member of allied organizations, such as Progressive Democrats, MoveOn and Organizing for America.

When I practiced law I represented tenants, workers and consumers.

Thanks for opportunity to serve in the last two years!

You've got my vote, Deborah!

It's only because of your posts on WaccoBB.net that I even know the committee exists! You've done a great job of "building links between the community and the Committee" and that's important.

I appreciate you filling us in from time to time!

Barry

Wow! I just got this post in my daily digest tonight after 8PM even though it was posted yesterday. But I could not have voted anyway since I'm not in that district. But had I known sooner that you were running for an office, Deborah, I would have given you my recommendation. I hope you win!
