I am searching for a landlord that takes pride in their property, appreciates a quiet, respectful tenant for long term rental that has mutual values. A landlord that enjoys the guarantee of rental payment via Housing Section 8 without compromising quality standards. I wish to reside in a financially blended community- -not one that is only a Section 8 Property.
I am a Non Smoker/No Drugs, No Parties, very quiet, mature woman, late 30's seeking a one bedroom apartment, condo, cottage, little house. Would even consider a large studio if need be.
Hopefully, with some utilities included.
