This is definitely a case where someone's privacy rights were invaded and nullified, and I'm glad that a federal judge stopped the case. It was interesting how it was linked to an upcoming election.

But in looking at this video and seeing some others on the same YouTube page about sexting, which I never heard of before, I was so saddened in listening to a single mother share how her teenage daughter committed suicide due to this practice....an indiscretion of sending a picture to her boyfriend that when they broke up was spread all over the school.. She was basically harassed with no support from the school or the law. It seems that legislature is being passed that this kind of situation be listed under distribution of child pornography.

Oh, yes...I've been hearing about 'sexting' for awhile...I've heard kids will 'sext' each other during classes...If I had a kid, I wouldn't want them to even have a cell phone since their use has gotten so insanely rude..

I ask my friends daughter (who's mom won't allow her to have a cell phone -and goes to Catholic school) about this sort of thing...
She's stated that girls think giving a guy a bj is no big deal...It might as well be like eating popcorn...

No, I'm not making this up...
