We who oppose leaf blowers have not gone away. We are merely working behind the scenes, engaging in public education, and giving Sebastopol a chance to deal with other pressing issues. Following is a link to last night's CBS news report on the leaf blower campaign in Orinda and to the Quiet Orinda groups documentary being screened this Sat. at the California Independent Film Festival.

CBS 5 Eyewitness News reporter Mike Sugerman, visited us at our home in Orinda to film a segment about our group and its documentary video, "Quiet Orinda." Mike and cameraman Alex spent a good hour chatting with us, viewing our4.5 minute-long video, and capturing the decibels emitted by a state-of-the-art "quiet" leaf backpack leaf blower.
