SuperBrain Yoga is an exercise intended to pump up cell and neuron activity in the brain. Alzheimer patients, seniors who want to stave off memory loss, and kids in classrooms are some who say that doing it makes them smarter. Dr. Eric Robbins, a medical doctor in LA prescribes this exercise not so his patients become slimmer but smarter. Grades in children go up, autistic children calm down and start to focus. A teacher in Malibu saw improvement in her learning disabled kids who have Autism, Aspergers and dyslexia. A Yale neurobiologist and an occupational therapist are among those who practice SuperBrain Yoga. It’s a combination of breathe, bending of the knees and holding acupuncture points on the ears with the arms crossed…brain balancing and synchronization. It takes less then 5 minutes per day. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F6dqQ20Aeq0 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F6dqQ20Aeq0) <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
