I've had my electric toothbrush for a couple years or so now, and it seems that I may have lost the instructions that came with it, so let me ask you experts on Wacco:

It's a Braun electric toothbrush. I keep it on the recharger all the time, but lately it doesn't seem to want to vibrate like it should. It vibrates very weakly and I have to press it against my teeth quite hard to get it to vibrate strongly enough to do the job. Any suggestions? Can anyone tell me what the problem is? Do I need a new toothbrush, a new charger, or...?

Thanks in advance for any input.

I would try running the battery all the way out before recharging a full charge and seeing if it will hold. I have had my sonicare for at least ten years. Blessings, Mindy.

I'd agree with the advice to let it run down and then recharge...but the battery may be finished. I've got a Braun but never leave it plugged into the charger all the time. I charge it up, use it till it almost runs down and recharge again. Seems to last longer that way.
