I saw purses knitted from old tape from cassettes in addition to yarn. Interesting idea especially when, due to a lack of a player, I had intended to trash them. Was at that little store in occidental with only recycled stuff. Mindy

Assuming you are talking about pre-recorded, commercial releases, your public library branch is usually more than happy to accept donations, which you can later write off as a charitable tax deduction if you like. I donated nearly 20 of them to the Sebastopol branch. I did not learn whether they want players or not...
