Educate yourself, and come to the April 1 meeting.

Sebastpol's General Plan is now posted here (https://www.ci.sebastopol.ca.us/pdfs/planning/Gen%20Plan%2004-01-03%20with%20links.pdf). The General Plan, all 228 pages of it, is the constitution for the city. Al specific plans must conform to it.

Make yourself familiar with the introduction and the land use portions of it, as well as any other sections of it that interest you before the NE Plan workshop on April 1.

The housing element is another document, which is also on the website, with which you may wish to become acquainted, if not familar with.

Come to the workshop, beginning at 10 a.m., at the Community Church at 1000 Gravenstein Hiway No, Saturday, April 1.

I wish Sebasatopol to thrive, but let us act with deliberation, not ignorance, to be sure that what we get is worth what we give up to get it.

Good work Helen! How did you finally get the GP up there? I was aghast at the thought there was no digital copy!!
