There's a huge mountain of dirt covered by tarps sitting across from Korbel's on River Road just east of Guerneville. Does anyone know what it will be used for?
My guess is that it's top soil taken from the county's nearby mud slide control project and that it will top off the finished project. But that's just a guess. Does anyone know for a fact?
