Hi there wonderful community,
Thanks to the highly appreciated help and support we're getting so far from our many friends and community supporters, things are coming along really well for the Celebrate Okili event, but we still need a wee bit of help.
THINGS TO BORROW:
Industrial size stock pot (s)
Large (long handled) stirring spoons
Cutting board (s) and knives
2 Keg tubs
Large cooler or extra tub for non alc drinks / white wine.
Sturdy metal Cookie sheets (for supporting foil trays for baking stuff)
STUFF YOU CAN DONATE:
Any left over stuff from a prior event you have stored in the garage such as:
-Full Size Aluminum foil type Steam Table pans (for baking rice / chicken in, etc)
- plastic 12 oz wine cups
- Tea bags
- paper towels & Napkins
-FRESH ORGANIC GINGER...? (anyone?)
-LEAFY GREENS - Lettuce?
-Still need some wine donated (you'd think that'd be easy as I'm in the industry...but - tell them they can get a Tax write off w/ 501C3 org.)
- I could be forgetting something, so offer if you think we may need.....
VOLUNTEERS:
Clean up help
Food and drink servers
side door helpers (tell them to go around to the front)
AUCTION ITEMS:
Still accepting Auction Items.
