...because the U S Supreme Court has stated that corporations, as "persons," have the right to take charge of the election process in their "free speech" as "persons" by using their wealth and power to financially drown out all non-corporate speech.

Now, our corporate "persons" have no limits or restrictions on their campaign contribution$ assuring us the corporate state. And, the faded hope to avoid a plutocratic/corporate theft of democracy.

And, you have been asleep at the switch and remain so.

Only a near-revolution can save the remnants of democracy in america. Consider the outright purchase of presidents by corporations, and, in turn, the purchase thereby of ALL future Supreme Court Justices.

And, what will YOU do?

Do you care?

God help us all. This is a real nightmare, slowly unfolding before our eyes, since the hijacking of our nation in the year 2000.

IMHO, the theft of our Democracy happened a long time ago.

After all, wasn't it set up in the beginning so that only land owners had a vote?

Well, I imagine we will just plod along as best we can, donate where we can, discuss with friends and relatives, and then vote for the best we can find.

If most people in this country can be persuaded by TV ads, well...
