We may not be people you call family but we do call somebody's family although silently ~ so for here ~
Some of us were recently deprived by the federal government of our choice of smoke, and their provision as an alternative is even more unhealthy.
I am speaking about DJARUM clove cigarette.
They were outlawed because the American tobacco growers were losing sales to them.
I was at Coffee Catz smoking one of them,
Someone came up to me and said they liked the smell of it.
It was so Anti-PC at that moment
So that's them and we want them back
they are a very nice smoke you can't smoke too many of
by smoking them you smoke less
imagine a nice pen it looked so good but it wasn't a pen it was your daily ration of smoke as you attempted to quit ~~~
SMOKING SUX
Adults should be legally allowed by law to use whatever substance they choose on their own body. That said, smoking anything is immediately damaging to your body, and will have injurious long term damage. Continued self-abuse of this type should affect an adult's ability to get longterm health insurance to cover any negative health results due to continued habitual use.
Please don't smoke in public places. When you do so, you are harming those around you, as well as damaging yourself.

I do love the smell too....I used to smoke them. But I quit thank goodness,
I read years later that these Djarum clove cigarettes were particularly damaging to the lungs. Have you heard of that?

Except for the Djarum 'Select' which one of my housemates used to smoke,
(and is still mourning their loss) the rest of Djarum products can be ordered via the internet.
Hope this is helpful.

They were outlawed because of the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Family_Smoking_Prevention_and_Tobacco_Control_Act).
"Clove-flavored products are known as “trainer cigarettes,” and may lead to more tobacco use, a study by the National Institute of Drug Abuse found in 2006 (https://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601070&sid=a9YjoELUY1jU)."
You may think of clove cigarettes as a way for you to quit. For kids they are a way to get into the habit.
Do you know children?
Looking at a broader picture, what do you choose?
