Breath

Lying alone in the womb of darkness
Waiting for your call to pierce the silence
I drift into a memory of innocence

My warm hands melting into your soft skin
Your lips brush hot
Against the rise and fall of our breathing
<o:p></o:p>
Waves of desire caress us
In a slow dance of ecstasy
<o:p></o:p>
Each undulation washes away
All sense of separation.
<o:p></o:p>
Who is the water and who is the shore
in the place where sound and silence
Merge into one
