Brian Le Pell from Philedelphia has created a factory plant that takes any organic material (from the dumps to turkey wastes) and converts it into oil to make gas and diesel fuel. The process uses water mixed with the matter, putting it all under pressure to create carbon char. The water and oil is then separated.
