Hi Folks,

If anyone knows of a good (commercial) kitchen space available for use (part-time) in the Sebastopol area, I'd love to hear about that.

Also, I don't know if anyone is interested -- I was talking to Kathryn at RawFood Central, and she was thinking of offering "collaboratory" kitchen time, where raw-foodies could come and work together, to make stuff to take home. Let me know if there's interest. It sounded like a great idea!

Thanks, Michele

We use Boulevard Kitchen in Petaluma for my cheese and pasta shop when we need to bake. We make our lavash sourdough crackers there. Lots of caterers use the space - you need to have them on your business insurance and talk with the county health department. We didn't have any problem putting them on our policy or any trouble with county health.
