Does anyone know how to change the name on my outgoing emails so that my last name will appear in the From area too?

I had similar trouble some time ago. I was tryingto resolve it for some days. But when I luckily observed one tool all my trouble were finished that moment. It would be helpful for this or almost every similar condition - how to restore notes from outlook 2003 .pst (https://www.recoverytoolbox.com/restore_outlook_2002_2007_pst.html).
