THE FORESTVILLE NATURAL HEALTH LIBRARY PROJECT:<o:p></o:p>
Our natural health library is an exciting project! We are in the process of organizing, categorizing and boxing natural health, natural gardening, and natural living books for our future library. We are STILL in need of a clean, secure, well-lit area to store our books in until our library is ready to open!
We are also looking for a generous donor to support our investment in a software program that we are hoping to get which will be adequate to inventory the LARGE collection of books involved! The software program is called “Library In A Box” (Resource Mate 3.0) and is offered through Vernon Library Supplies (https://www.vernonlibrarysupplies.com/cgi-bin/vernlib.cgi)
This program can be set up on multiple computers so our volunteer base can help to inventory books from home! It will allow us to label books, catalog them, and later inventory them. For those who has seen this collection of books the usual response is: “THIS is an amazing collection of books which will help MANY people”. We are in need right now of $600.00 to buy this software. A plaque in honor of the donor will be placed in our future library
