Smilies now work in the Digest and Indvidual Emails!

Hi Everybody,

I made some changes to the system last night :yltype: including making smilies display properly in the digest and individual emails!:woohoo:

Other changes included condensing the table of contents and fixing the times in the Digest. Enjoy! More to come...
