I was just listening to the radio (I think KSRO, CLARK HOWARD) and he was talking to a caller about the web site GET HUMAN ( gethuman database (https://www.gethuman.com/us/index.html#mobile)).THIS site gives you information about how to get to a human when calling companies. I checked it out and I think it looks great. That was what the people on the radio were also saying.

I get so angry when I can't talk to a human being when doing business with some of these large companies.
