All-
I am at the SunPower dealer meeting right now. *It was just announced that:
1. *PG&E will voluntarily raise the net metering cap to 3.5% to allow time for a legislative fix; and
2. *The guv sent out a press release saying that he supports the PG&E decision and he will support new legislation to permanently ELIMINATE all caps to solar adoption!
