SongSourcing
Awakening Your Inner Songmaker
Monday, November 16
7-10 pm
Michael Stillwater, Facilitator
Claire Victor, Host
SongSourcing addresses one of the deepest, often-unmet desires of the soul ... to sing and to create!
What if the fear of singing and creating was dispelled?
Discover the joy in spontaneous singing through a simple, effective method for creative expression and integration.
Here's a way to feel more alive and more connected - right now in a safe, supportive space.
a 'playshop' for healing
a refuge for creativity
freedom for expression
an easeful approach to vocal presence
"There is a songwriter in everyone. Michael Stillwater helps set that inner songwriter free." -Donny Pike, from The Lettermen
"SongSourcing gives me a daily practice I can do anytime, anywhere.
With stunning simplicity it unlocks the intelligence of my own body,
using my voice as healing medicine" -Val Cooper, Music Director (Universal Spirit Center, San Diego)
Participants are guided past self-consciousness and self-judgment into what is, for many, a profound reconnection with self and opening to others. In a surprisingly short time, beginners discover their voice, open their heart
and learn more about the gift of their own presence.
Participants may experience breakthroughs, reaching states of freedom and understanding which may have taken years of alternative approaches to achieve. Some say they overcome fears which had locked them down for ages; others feel a peaceful sense of coming home to themselves.
