Seeking 1 bedroom place/prefer Fairfax/West County or other Marin County areas with some nature..

I am a 53 year old single woman, honest, reliable, and a very meticulous homemaker [and Feng Shui/Interior design student] I live a clean and quiet lifestyle, pet free, non smoker, and I am conscientious and aware of others energy and space. I take great care and attention to detail, and honor my home as if it were my own.
I am seeking a quiet place with a sense of privacy, well maintained, with a spacious feeling .[over 550 sq ft] Perhaps a cottage, duplex, or maybe up to a 4plex? I absolutely require a BATHTUB, a full kitchen/stove etc. plenty of sunshine/LIGHT [ample windows preferably with screens] and mold free. I would love some private outdoor living... a patio, deck, garden area, or a yard>>> and good climate control and insulation with some form of CENTRAL HEAT/and not only relying on a wood stove. Extra storage space>>>W/D area, and great tenant/landlord relations would complete the vision I am holding. I am also hoping to be in a long term rental again.
I feel I am an excellent choice as your tenant [especially in these economic times] because I have been Blessed with a housing voucher...meaning 3/4's of my rent is guaranteed on or before the first of the month, and my portion of the rent is paid directly from my bank account each month. My present landlord of over four years here in Marin County would be happy to explain the process and the beauty of this program, as well as give me a wonderful reference. My place just sold this week and I have 90 days to move, but feel I would like to move asap to avoid the upcoming construction and remodel of my unit. I could move as early as late October.
