Hey folks,
Yesterday morning my inner earthquake warning system gave me an alarm. I checked the USGS site shortly after the American Samoa quake struck:

Sure enough, the ring of fire is really active now. I predict that worldwide, the volcanic activity will be increased as well:

Please send your healing thoughts, prayers and support to those who are so greatly impacted by this.

</cite>At this moment, our president and military advisers are making decisions which may bring us more harm in both the short and long run; rather than end the violence, and give us the funds and focus to prepare for natural and man made disasters on our soil.
A call for a cease fire is the only safe, sane & affordable plan of action.
No matter what your political party, or foreign policy preference is, we can NOT afford our current course of action, in terms of dollars and karma. A policy of hypocrisy will not lead us away from danger, or inspire others away from violence.
Please insist that your local, state, and federal representatives pass resolutions to support intelligent priorities and funding.

Affordable Heath Care For All - not unconstitutional warfare
International Disaster Care - not unconstitutional warfare
We cannot keep the needs of our basic services met, let alone handle a disaster, at the rate we are going with just the occasional stimulus and bailouts. (Even the USGS is in need of funding to maximize its protective effectiveness.)
A dramatic change of course is essential for everyone's best interest to be served. You hold the power to do this.
It is up to YOU to end the immoral mission our troops are being sacrificed for. Please keep calling, or writing ALL your reps until they take action.
