We are a senior community for those over the age of 62.
We currently have a 1 bedroom available on the 2nd level (sorry no elevator).
This is an income based property and the applicant needs to make under $28,050.00 gross annually, to qualify.
We are a gated community within walking distance to Costco and Trader Joe's. :): We have a pool and spa and lots of community events.
We welcome pets (small dogs under 25lbs and indoor cats). We are a non- smoking property.
