Sub-categories for Employment Offered & Wanted

I think it would be nice if the "Employment Offered & Wanted" category was broken into the sub-categories "Employment Offered" and Employment Wanted". If you don't care for that, at least change the prefix from "Employee Wanted" and "Employment Wanted", which are too similar and easy to misread while going down the list, to "Employment Offered" and "Employment Wanted".
