I have a 20 year old mare and 28 year old gelding, both in excellent health and spirits. They live on my property the rest of the year but it's definitely too muddy for them in the winter. In the past, they spent the winter months at a neighbor's barn but that is no longer available. I am open to creating something that works for everyone, particularly the horses. They are not ridden, they are 100% into enjoying retirement.
They need basic shelter and dry ground. Depending on the location, either I can feed or I can pay to have you do it. Or we can share responsibilities.
The closer to Penngrove, the better.
