I am posting for my friend who lives in Santa Rosa.....
She needs help finding a home for her dog, Gunther. She's had him since a puppy (from the pound) and he's grown into a large dog. He got out of the house recently and into a fight with a dog and bit the owner. Are there any animal organizations who could foster this dog and re-train it? She will have to put him down by the 18th otherwise. Until this incident, Gunther has been and still is a wonderful companion who loves people. Your advice, suggestions and help are most welcome.
