Our wonderful flock of chickens was killed in the night.:hmmm:
We have repaired their fenced yard with sturdier hardware cloth and are ready to start again.
Alas we can locate no new poulets to purchase.
My father in law, 89 years young, cares for our chicks and has asked me to find out if there are about six available poulets. He likes the sex links and leghorn crosses, but others could also work.
Six good layers is our goal.
We don't want a rooster as we enjoy sleeping at night.
