Does anyone have a recommendation for a person who can train my dogs not to bark so much?

Background:
Two large dogs (about 70 lb each). Brother and sister, never separated.
About five years old in perfect health
Outdoor dogs, live in a very large fenced yard. No indoor time.
Loving sweet animals, they love everyone.
They perform the service of announcing visitors coming down the long
driveway by barking. We rely on them for that.
Other animals come around - cats, turkeys, deer, dogs and get them going.
They howl at sirens.
They make themselves unwelcome at dog parks by barking intensively at
the other dogs. No aggression but lots of barking.
Neighbors are complaining, but somewhat understanding if something can be done to moderate the problem. They live in the country, but with neighbors.

Hi Paul -
We really enjoyed working with Mike Ossenbeck of Common Ground Dog Training. 707-857-3220. We did his basic and intermediate obedience classes, and I believe he works on individual cases also.

Here's an old article about him (it's badly formatted, but if you scroll down you'll see the text of the article):

Good Luck!

Terrie
