Is there anyone in the Sonoma County Area who is teaching yoga classes that won't break the bank? I would love to find a morning yoga class the was between $20-$30 a month. I'm also willing to do partial trade/payment for classes too.

Thanks:thumbsup:

the closest i've found is
* Bikram yoga near the Railroad square in Santa Rosa, used to have a $30 for the first month deal
* SRJC has yoga classes. under "Physical Education"

i did stretching as yoga for about 8 years in San Diego, mostly Ashtanga. the closest i've found to Ashtanga in Sonoma County is Vinyasa flow, which is very similar to the abbreviated primary series of Ashtanga that is taught in San Diego.

I have also been looking for an inexpensive yoga class in the area. I would love to begin my practice again. I know that the YMCA in Santa Rosa offers financial help with membership fees (which I think are about $50 a month regularly) and they hold a variety of yoga classes there.
It would be really great if we could find an experienced yogi in the area who would want to lend some of her time to a few of us for either work trade or a monthly fee around $30 and we could find a small space somewhere!
