I wouldn't mind joining in on this considering that I think I not only have a dairy intolerance but a gluten intolerance as well.

We have a coop here in Sonoma County to buy things in bulk. I have Celiac Disease myself and find a lot of the flours I need there. If you want to join, go to groups.yahoo.com/group/SCOrganicCoop
