Russian Parents’ Club, Russian Childcare, and Russian School: Why Not?<?xml:namespace prefix = o />
Dear Russian people and those who value the Russian culture!
There is a huge Russian Parents’ Club and several Russian schools in San Francisco and the South Bay. Why don’t we start everything in Marin, East Bay, and Sonoma County in order to help our children get good education? I’m a mother of two well educated adult daughters, who are teachers, and a Russian teacher myself, with California credentials in Music ( General Music, Piano and Music for Little Ones), Russian, and English. My teaching experience is 35 years.
I’m a Director of a nonprofit American Slavic Center for Education and Arts, and a licensed childcare provider with a credential in Early childhood education.
It’s my strongest desire to instill a love for the Russian culture in our children, and I want to deal with as old people as 3 months olds to as young people as 90 years olds. I want to have the Russian School, in which students will speak, read, write, and sing in Russian take off as soon as we all are ready.
Also, let’s meet at Fort Ross and Celebrate the Russian Heritage on July 25.
