Just a pre-emptive request -

Barry, please PLEASE do not allow advertisers on your BB to use those obnoxious Flash banners that balloon when a cursor is rolled over them. Haven't seen any here yet. But the technique looks like the expanding (pun intended) web advertising method of 2009. It's already covering up meaningful content on several of the nationally/globally prominent websites that I visit. You've probably seen them too. Just a matter of time until every web marketing person who can get their hands on the code snippet, will be balLOONING their ads in our faces everywhere we visit.

/endrant

Have a nice day.

You have my pledge not to any balloon banners, pop overs, pop unders, or any other intrusive ad form, with the possible exception of a "peeler" ad, which I found relatively unobtrusive and kinda cool! You can see a sample here: Page peel script - download Peel Away Ads today! (https://www.tamingthebeast.net/articles7/peel-away-ads.htm) . If and when I get around to implementing it, I'd probably configure the expansion event to be a click rather than a rollover.

Whoa...kinda radical there fella, giving the choice to view an ad to the visitor.

Thanks for giving us the choice!
