hand fed parakeets?

Does anyone know of any breeders of hand-fed parakeets? Most of the pet stores don't take the time any more to hand feed the babies (making them more human friendly).

well i have two both males one green and yellow and one blue. they are about 2 yrs old tho i think. asking 15 for both or 10 apiece . ive fed them the very best and they are super healthy. 528 1527. im going to be moving and birds cant really come. I actually have four but two belong to a family member and i was babysitting them.
