**Anyone Remember Posting For Lost Rottweiler**

:tinker: Can anyone here at wacco remember a post awhile ago for a lost dog that was Rottweiler, someone has spotted a dog around fircrest market area, thin, scared, hungry,looks like been on the run for awhile, I remember I thought a posting here for Lost Dog.

If anyone can help or give me information or know the people who placed the add please have them contact me at [email protected]
I feel I want to help this dog find his way home I am sure he is scared and hungry, I helped a dog this time last year, I saw his add that he was spotted ont his site, maybe we can all help another one.

To all who sighted the lost Rottweiler:
I heard from a friend that he has been taken in by a woman at the Sebastopol Police Department. He's 2-3 years old, skinny, hungry, very grateful to find a bed. No chip, not neutered, but seemingly familiar with home-life.....Apparently she/they have a couple of dogs already and are wanting to take him in if his temperament is OK.
That's all I have been told. The subject came up as a complete co-incidence, so I take it to be genuine....Any one else add to the happy ending????

Hi All,

I followed up with the Sebastopol Police and the person I apparently need to talk to will be there later today. I'll let you know the resulting news.

Stray Rottweiler update,

He was taken in by someone at the Sebastopol P.D. Good health check up. Gets along very well with other dogs. However, became aggressive around men. (Sorry guys, don't take it personally). So, the report is that he is a sweet dog with great potential, probably looking for a female home, and is now at the Humane Society on HWY 12 pending adoption.
Keep us posted about this local :) story, whoever brings him home :thumbsup:
