I received an email from a friend, with this title. It's about 15 pages long, so I'm not going to post it here, but the entire piece pointed out all the negative
happenings of our time, and how the transits have and will affect our lives in 2010 and beyond. There's references to specific past and future dates to be aware of. If anyone wants to see it, just email me. I believe it originated from the daily [email protected], which has astrological information, but I'm not sure.

My friend wanted to get people's comments, so I thought I'd post mine here, just to share my thoughts and perspective on the gloom and doom we're facing now and in the future.

"I dwell in possibilities, and in seeing opportunity in crisis.
I will do what I can to survive and even prosper, without focusing on what is out of my control.

I believe that by focusing on the negative aspects of what we're experiencing, only creates more of the same. That doesn't mean I'm in denial, it only means that my attention is given to another perspective.

If someone is lying bloody in the street, after an accident, I can
choose to look and feel badly, even sick, or I can choose to look away at a beautiful sunset or flower, and feel uplifted.

I'm thankful to have a choice of focus, even in the midst of
all of this. Remember, that the people who survive prison camps and such, have been able to do it only because they
have been able to re-focus, and not dwell on the apparent
hopelessness of their situation.

During the depression, many people were smart enough to not only survive, but prosper. That will happen again, but not to the majority, but that's just the nature of who we are. Many people aren't able to see opportunity that others can see, and that is
what makes a difference in their lives.

If I do not survive or prosper, so be it. But that's where my energy is going because it makes me feel better. And the main reason we're here is for joy, but it's up to us to make that happen. People in poverty have always found ways to be joyful
because they're not dependent on having lots of money.

So, there's my thoughts on the historical global transformation that's going on."

Be well and thrive,

Sandy
