Yesterday, during unprecedented public comment before the State of California,
'da 9-11 Truth Campaign tried to inform the joint budget committee of the California Legislature that over $84 billion of federal tax revenue from California taxpayers that should have come back to California in the form of federal programs were squandered for "mass murder, terrorism, imperialism, fascism, and corruption in unconstitutional wars of congressional choice." Actually, the United States has robbed $109 billion, Exhibit A, from California taxpayers for optional conflicts that serve special interests and population management at the expense of we the people.
The State of California never approved this expenditure, and probably would have opposed it. Certainly, no California taxpayer approved using $109 billion for mass murder in two unconstitutional wars on congressional "choice, not necessity," quoting our United States Senator Barbara Boxer. As you know, both optional conflicts were triggered by 2,754 unplanned and unsolved murders during the Enron-sponsored organized crimes of 9-11.
Committee Chair Noreen Evans did not want to hear about unplanned murders or robbing Californians for optional conflicts, so she cut off our microphones.
Then campaigners asked the committee to PLEASE urge their colleagues "to schedule an emergency joint session to consider a petition from the State of California to the United States that demands cease fires in unconstitutional wars of congressional choice, NEVER necessity. The state will recover revenue that is being squandered for mass murder and will save lives. Public safety is the state's number one job." Former Santa Rosa Council Member Evans cut off our microphones again!

By turning off our microphones, Assemblywoman Evans not only violated her oath and her two year employment contract, she gave aid and comfort to enemies of state who profit from unconstitutional wars, which is treason. Under California Penal Code Section 37, she is subject to life imprisonment or a death sentence, IF California is a state of constitutional law and not a fascist state, and IF Attorney General Edmond G. Brown, Jr. is honorable.
After Chair Noreen's very public act of treason, we then went to your office to drop off a printed copy of our attempted presentation, attached, but we could not get past security. However, we were able to give a copy to the receptive Office of Michael C. Genest, your our Director of Finance.

Here are some constitutional points to consider, all of which you are under oath and paid to support and defend without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion.
The Constitution for the State of California in Section 1 of Article 2 mandates:
All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for their protection, security, and benefit, and they have the right to alter or reform it when the public good may require.
Section 1.5 of Article 4 mandates: The people find and declare that the Founding Fathers established a system of representative government based upon free, fair, and competitive elections. The increased concentration of political power in the hands of incumbents has made our electoral system less free, less competitive, and less representative. Career politicians have become representatives of the bureaucracy, rather than the people they are elected to represent.
Section 12 of Article 4 mandates: Within the first 10 days of each calendar year, the Governor shall submit to the Legislature, with an explanatory message, a budget for the ensuing fiscal year containing itemized statements for recommended state expenditures and estimated state revenues. If recommended expenditures exceed estimated revenues, the Governor shall recommend the sources from which the additional revenues should be provided. Recovered revenue is a source.
Career politicians are playing deadly games with we, the betrayed People of the State of California. The joint budget committee appears to be focusing all of its attention on cutting back services to we the betrayed people in order to meet a $24 billion state budget deficit. The committee must also by law focus on gaining, or in this case restoring, revenue to balance the budget. General fund revenue is just as important as appropriations. There can be no appropriations without revenue.
The State of California is giving aid and comfort to domestic enemies by tolerating the use of deadly military forces as the President "determines to be necessary."
You are sworn to support and defend due process of law in the 5th Amendment before the United States deprives ANY person of life, liberty, or property.
You are sworn to support and defend a warrant issued by Congress "to declare war" against our earth neighbors upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, required by the 4th Amendment, before one Californian is ordered in harm's way.
The United States is depriving person of life, liberty, and property without due process of law or examination of cause on foreign soil, and getting away with it.
We the betrayed people of California are paying for this horror through our taxes that should be going for state and local services that we all want continued.
