Bob Afifi (spelling?) are you out there? Can you help me with a problem I'm having with Mozilla Firefox? You seem to know all about how it works.

Problem is: on my laptop. When I try to dowload the NoScript extension, I get a message saying "Software Installation is Currently Disabled. Click Options...." I have gone to the options page and changed EVERY option there without any improvement. Any ideas? I am stumped.

Thanks if you read me and can give me any suggestions.

And, hey, if anyone else has any advice for me, I'm open to hearing from you. I just know that Bob is the person who suggested Mozilla Firefox in the first place (and I've much enjoyed using it).

Susan

Hi Susan,

You're on a PC right? (I use a Mac, sorry...)
Have you tried contacting the NoScript author https://www.noscript.net/whats or checked the Firefox forum https://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=38 ?

Hope that helps, :-)

Oh yeah, I forgot about you being on the MAC. And, thanks for the links. I'll try them.

Hey, Bob. THANK YOU for the zine address. My problem was addressed in the second sticky topic, and solved within minutes. This has been annoying me for weeks, so I am very thankful for you being able to send me in the right direction.
