Language needed for negotiations to keep from spraying organic apple orchard on Cherry Ridge.
I am associated with twenty acres, currently organic apples, that are in negotiations to be leased to apple distributor who may convert to spraying “if crop is threatened.” Is there a reasonable industry standard or language that can prevent lessee from arbitrary conversion to spraying? Owner wishes to hold lessee to a standard that will prevent capricious spray use.
Please advise.
