We have a live work studio in downtown Sebastopol. My partner is currently
living upstairs and we have a photography studio and store downstairs. We would like to keep the store since it provides decent income, and if possible the photography studio as well, if possible.
We'd like to find a business associate to live in the one bedroom apartment upstairs as my partner plans to move out in early July.
The ideal person would be an artist or clothing retailer who was looking to share a retail store, live on the premises, and work at home and be available to wait on customers who come in. Currently we talk to 4 or 5 customers a day, but that could increase.
The rent is $2000 a month, and we were hoping to split it fairly, depending on the details and who was doing what. We might be interested in paying a commission on sales made for us. It all needs to be worked out. We sell clothing accesories, so the ideal person would be a fabric artist or perhaps a jeweler.
