Due to budget cuts the Piner District has cut the Library hours by 50%.
This means the kids go to the library twice a month. It will be shut down
2 weeks every month at recess, lunch and after school. (homework help)
We are having a used book sale and raffle in a couple of weeks. We sell
used books that the library can't use. (There are only so many Cat in the
Hats a library can have but a child might love to have it at home,) We sell
most of the books for a quarter so that kids can enjoy getting lots of books.
We are looking for donations of used children books or slightly used books for
our raffle. We are doing everything we can to save the Library. We had a
See's candy Easter fundrasier and a Scholastic book fair.
Due to the economy it has become harder to do fundraisers. Here are the directions to
