Guayaki will be hosting a trial tasting of a new Organic Lemon Mate drink which will be coming out in aluminum cans. We invite you to come to our Ache room, annex to the Guayaki Cafe and taste four different drink proposals and give us your critique on which flavor profile that you prefer. We are awaiting finalizing of the formula until we get your feedback. Everyone who fills out a tasting critique will get a 25 count bag of Organic Barbacua Yerba Mate tea bags free.
Tasting trials will be held from 11 am to 1 pm. on Thursday-April 30. Address is 6782 Sebastopol Ave (Highway 12), across from the Starlight Cafe. Look for the rainforest painted on the building.

It is really great to offer the community an opportunity to participate in your trial tasting, but aluminum cans are a definite problem. To put a wonderful organic product in a can that can leach a toxic substance seems to contradict the purpose of drinking a healthy beverage. Perhaps you can offer it in glass bottle.
